The Citizen Promaster Dive Unite Blue Edition is a limited-edition dive watch with a special ocean-inspired design.

Citizen’s Promaster Dive Unite Blue Edition features a 44 mm x 11.5 mm stainless steel case with a blue dial that’s made from 100% recycled polycarbonate materials. The dial uses Fujifilm’s structural color inks, which create an iridescent effect of glittering colors — inspired by the beauty of the ocean — that changes depending on the light. The pigment-free ink uses light reflecting off the surface of the microstructures in the ink to create a range of hues and tones.

Each watch is powered by Citizen’s Eco-Drive caliber E168, which is quartz based and powered by light (clean energy), with an accuracy of -15/+15 seconds per month, and a maximum power reserve of 6 months.

Continuing the ocean theme, the two-tone blue-green dive bezel insert is reminiscent of a sparkling emerald green ocean, coordinating with the sea-colored dial.

A black accordion-style strap —  made from biomass-based polyurethane, which includes plant-based materials — is standard.

The eco-friendly  Promaster Dive Unite Blue Edition (Ref. BN0166-01L) features a mineral crystal, solid screw-in caseback, screw-down crown with crown guards, a 200-meter water-resistance rating, is limited to 7,000 pieces, and retails for $475.
