Whether it’s Bamford, Kith, or Hodinkee, the collaboration G-Shock 6900s continue to immediately sell out online.

Even with a premium price of at least 100% markup applied to one of Casio’s most iconic and affordable wristwatches, each of these aforementioned limited editions continues to create significant demand. Although it’s worth noting, the quantities for each edition are rarely disclosed.

The Bamford x G-Shock DW-6900BWD-1, is the second collaboration between the UK-based Bamford and Japan-based Casio, although Bamford’s first collab was a square-shaped G-Shock 5600 model, unlike Kith (here and here) and Hodinkee (here and here) who have both created multiple 6900 G-Shocks.

For this limited edition, Bamford used three different varying shades of its signature powder aqua blue hue set against a matte black resin case and strap. The powder blue has been used on the dial, for the G button, and even on the underside of the strap, the latter of which peeks out from the side when on the wrist.

The DW-6900BWD-1 measures 53.2 mm x 16.3 mm and has a metal caseback secured by four screws, which is usually made of steel but in this instance, it has been given a special black IP treatment.

The Bamford x G-Shock DW-6900BWD-1 appears to be sold out on G-Shock’s and Bamford’s respective sites but it’s also supposed to be available at select global retailers in August in case you missed your chance to buy one. Retail is approximately $200.
